Measure from shoulder (shirt seam) across to TOP of opposite hip bone.

The sizes correspond to your fitted t-shirt size.

If you are currently pregnant, measure across your back. The bottom of the pouch should be at level of your belly button. If it is much lower than this, then you need a smaller size.

A lot of people think their pouch is too small when it actually is the correct size. Wearing a pouch that is too large will cause back ache after a short time.

The fit around the baby should be snug but not too tight. Both the baby and the baby carer wearing the sling should feel comfortable.

If either experiences discomfort, check that the carrying position is correct. If it is still uncomfortable then the size of the sling may not be right.
